Arc 2 closed at a four-week average around 65 per cent, with W13 at 60 — and the meeting that week was worth more than the ticks · Tope named an institution, an association and a contact, retired the origination thesis, and put Geneva on the table beside the held Bayes place · the arithmetic is unusually clean: the attempt costs a GMAT fee, CHF 65 and some hours, and the fallback is not a lost year, it is Bayes · so the only thing that actually gates it is a test you have not booked

The GMAT is the whole gate

Minimum 500, hard deadline 28 February, eight to twelve weeks of prep plus room for a retake. Every other Geneva item is downstream of it. Book it this week and the window works; leave it a month and the window closes on its own.

What Tope actually changed

Origination as a near-term entry: retired. Nigeria for shipping: he said no, abroad. The funnel: 200 traders out of 6,000. And the honest one — operations is both the way in and where most people get stuck permanently, and the difference is guidance, not talent. Which is why the introduction to his employee is worth more than any course.

October just got heavier

The Bayes resubmission was filed under “not worried, admission is safe” — and that was the wrong frame. Admission is not what it is for. It is the document the Dean’s Scholarship is assessed on and the evidence base for the two named awards, against a £32,500 fee. Build it to that standard.

Hold both, decide in spring

Both intakes are September 2027, so they cannot run together — but that choice belongs to spring 2027, once GSEM has answered and the Swiss placement platform has opened. Until then the correct position is holding two options, not choosing between them.

The Moeve call is done. No call pending, no deliverable outstanding.

Deliverables shipped, the tender cycle closed out, and the learnings already folded into the drill site — so they get covered without needing a task here. The one thing worth watching rather than chasing: the next Ghana tender lands end of August, and whether Moteriba bids it is the answer to whether the LC finally cleared.
